Benefits of iTRACX include, being able to track all assets by site regardless of where in the world site's are located. iTRACX tracks asset breakdowns as well as asset warranties and any replacement parts used. iTRACX users can request maintenance and, if required, have their request authorized by a supervisor, in addition to an automatic emailing of the user when the maintenance is completed. The software also incorporates a complete audit trail and complete historical records of all maintenance, breakdown and warranty covered activities carried out on equipment.
iTRACX has various administration settings which allow companies to switch on and off sections of the system, depending on their requirements entire modules can be switched on or off. The system has multiple levels of security, allowing different system access settings for various user groups
